Jose Rodriguez

Chairman

Jose Rodriguez is a visionary executive who founded Xtreme Aviation in 2013, offering engine services to leasing companies and teardown facilities. By 2015, the company received its FAA 145 repair station certificate and expanded with line maintenance stations in MIA, EWR, and BOS and stations at LGA and CLT today. In 2022, 7 Air LLC was founded, showcasing its commitment to aviation excellence under Rodriguez’s leadership. Presently, he is the Chairman of the Board of TXG (The Xtreme Group), the parent company comprising of Xtreme Aviation, 7Air, AeroThrust MRO, and Aventus Air Leasing.

Carlos Cock

Chief Executive Officer

Carlos holds over 26 years in Aircraft Maintenance, starting as a Technician and steadily ascending through the ranks and honing his leadership skills through formal training. He’s an Embry-Riddle alum with a degree in Aircraft Maintenance Management. Carlos’s extensive experience, coupled with his academic achievements, positions him as a seasoned leader in the aviation industry. Carlos currently holds dual roles within our group. He serves as the CEO of The Xtreme Group (TXG), our parent company. In addition, he is Vice President of Commercial Operations and Partner at 7 Air, LLC

Amos Rodriguez

Vice President

Amasvido Rodriguez, a George T.Baker graduate and an American success story with over 45 years in aviation, in charge of aircraft heavy maintenance and AOG recovery all over the world,as well as an aircraft operator. Responsible for on time and on budget and the safety aircraft being returned to service. Better known as Amos in the aviation industry, he is currently Vice President with The Xtreme Group and CEO/AE of 7AIR.

Juan Pantoja

Juan Pantoja is a seasoned professional in the aviation industry with over 21 years of invaluable experience. His journey began at Clover Park Technical College in Washington DC, where he honed his skills and expertise. Throughout his career, Juan has demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership, propelling him through the ranks to his current position as Chief Operating Officer (COO). With a keen understanding of the complexities of the aviation sector and a passion for excellence, Juan continues to make significant contributions to the industry.

Yadira Puga

Yadira Puga is a distinguished CPA, with nearly a decade of experience in financial accounting and reporting, expertly navigating the intricacies of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) across diverse industries, including aviation. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University, showcasing her commitment to excellence. As our CFO, Yadira’s academic and professional expertise makes her a trusted leader in financial accounting, guiding us toward financial excellence.

Maria Jimenez

Chief Procurement Officer

Over 35 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials, Logistics, and Program Management professional with a proven track record of establishing and growing materials-related programs in the aviation industry. Skilled at managing international relationships with suppliers and customers and developing an atmosphere emphasizing success through teamwork. Experienced at optimizing inventory investments, fill rates, and process times. Maria also holds vast experience in customer interactions and company represenation.
