Jose Rodriguez is a visionary executive who founded Xtreme Aviation in 2013, offering engine services to leasing companies and teardown facilities. By 2015, the company received its FAA 145 repair station certificate and expanded with line maintenance stations in MIA, EWR, and BOS and stations at LGA and CLT today. In 2022, 7 Air LLC was founded, showcasing its commitment to aviation excellence under Rodriguez’s leadership. Presently, he is the Chairman of the Board of TXG (The Xtreme Group), the parent company comprising of Xtreme Aviation, 7Air, AeroThrust MRO, and Aventus Air Leasing.

Carlos holds over 26 years in Aircraft Maintenance, starting as a Technician and steadily ascending through the ranks and honing his leadership skills through formal training. He’s an Embry-Riddle alum with a degree in Aircraft Maintenance Management. Carlos’s extensive experience, coupled with his academic achievements, positions him as a seasoned leader in the aviation industry. Carlos currently holds dual roles within our group. He serves as the CEO of The Xtreme Group (TXG), our parent company. In addition, he is Vice President of Commercial Operations and Partner at 7 Air, LLC

She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University, showcasing her commitment to excellence. As our CFO, Yadira’s academic and professional expertise makes her a trusted leader in financial accounting, guiding us toward financial excellence.

Over 35 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials, Logistics, and Program Management professional with a proven track record of establishing and growing materials-related programs in the aviation industry. Skilled at managing international relationships with suppliers and customers and developing an atmosphere emphasizing success through teamwork. Experienced at optimizing inventory investments, fill rates, and process times. Maria also holds vast experience in customer interactions and company represenation.
